What is this site all about?

Put together by Paul Moody, this site started initially as a forum for V21 customers who discussed everything from crude jokes to problems with their internet services or computers.

Paul Moody ?

Born in Southampton in September 1978, a normal education through school, college and university lead to a varied list of jobs; an English teacher in Taiwan, a telecoms engineer, helpdesk support for an ISP, a website designer and helpdesk support for an ISP again.

Paul is currently working for the company Fast4 in Hampshire, offering assistance by telephone and through the Fast4 site to internet customers.
